School Committee Meeting Presentation
A great night was had by all at the joint Metcalf-Wawaloam School Committee presentation on March 28th. Students from both schools showcased the amazing things happening in their classrooms on a daily basis! We are so proud of all we do in Exeter-West Greenwich!

Creative Arts Night
Our eighth annual Metcalf Creative Arts Night was a huge success! We had an impressive number of over 579 visitors who enjoyed our beautiful framed student artwork, the outstanding 3rd and 4th grade chorus, the amazing Advanced and Jazz band performances, our Creative Writing station, Photo Booth, Craft Table, Met Cafe, Title I Reading Games, and Title III Family Activities.We have some exciting news! Hailey Beauparlant in 3rd grade is a finalist on Artsonia.com!
A huge thank you is in order to our OUTSTANDING sixth grade attendants. Their tremendous professionalism and work ethic helped the night run so smoothly. They are: Andrew Doughty, Elizabeth Fraza, Abby Hattoy, Madison Rathbun, Emily Rubin, Emily O’Brien, Noah Belanger, Daniella DeOrsey, Kora Hay, Connor Powell, Alexandra Audette, Casey Carlson, Joclyn Heron, Anna Schumacher, Justin Sherman, Jessica Bross, Lauryn Hood, Riley Ruggieri, Fiona Gantz, Alana Horan, Harmony Howard, William Kuprevich, and Nicholas Lopes.

Jump Rope for Heart
This school year the students at Metcalf School raised $15,692.15 for the American Heart Association during Jump Rope for Heart that was held on Friday, February 17. This fundraising event has taken place yearly dating back to 1996. Metcalf School has raised $183,749.00 since 1996! WOW! Check out the photos of our fun and exciting fundraiser!
